During the Kinko's reign of being the supreme fast-turnaround printer, Quik Print called us and asked for our help in creating a direct mail campaign. We, of course, conducted a brand assessment first.
What we learned was that Kinko's was a pretty good fast-turnaround printer. But only if you did it yourself. Quik Print promised – and delivered – a high level of personal service, including free pick-up and delivery. And their customers loved them for that. Loved them.
This simple difference has made all the difference.

A freshened logo, a tag line, outdoor, direct mail, point-of-sale and even a face for the company, affectionately known as Eddie.
Impact
Anticipated single digit sales turned into double digit returns the first year of the campaign. Anecdotally, customers continuously commented on how much they could relate to our campaign.
